  “SUPRACLEAN- NF 70-80” is the Clear, Colorless, non flammable liquid, which has been proven to be an effective and efficient solvent for a wide range Oils, greases and other contaminates found in the engineering Industry & printed circuit board cleaning.

  Many studies into the toxicological and environmental profiles of this solvent have been carried out leading to the conclusion that “SUPRACLEAN- NF 70-80” can be used safely and effectively in industrial applications.
   

  “SUPRACLEAN- NF 70-80” is not regulated by the protocol Covering substances that deplete the ozone layer such as 111 Trichloro Ethane and Carbon Tetrachloride . “SUPRACLEAN- NF 70-80” may offer and answer for liquid degreasing applications .

  It is more effective in the removal adhesive ,Buffing compounds, flexes, greases, Hydraulic fluid, inks , Oils , Resins & wax .It is Strong cleaning liquid good penetration , quick evaporating without any residue .
  
  Easy to dispose the waste as it is Non Hazardous unlike TCE. Since, it is low boiling , it consumes less time & energy than TCE.
  
  No new equipment or alteration required to change over to Supraclean as existing equipment is sufficient except adjusting the temperature by lowering to 72 C – 75 C. It is compatible to most of the metals , alloys & plastics.

  
  

  APPLICATION :
  The material can be used as a pre treatment chemical for degreasing the metal surface prior to electroplating , painting chromate conversion coating , anodizing and other chemical conversion treatment. For cleaning of printed circuit boards. It has excellent solvent power & it is non flammable . It is more effective in the removal adhesive ,Buffing compounds, flexes, greases, Hydraulic fluid, inks , Oils , Resins & wax.
  
  It can be used by wiping , flushing, Immersing , precision vapour degreasing and ultrasonic cleaning .

  
  

  MODE OF APPLICATION :
  

  1. Brush or swab the product on the surface to be cleaned

  2. Vapour Degreasing of Metal components at 720c No new equipment or alteration required to change over to Supraclean as existing equipment is sufficient except adjusting the temperature by lowering to 72 C – 75 C.

  3. Ultrasonic cleaning application .

  1. Compatible with metals like Aluminum , Hastlloy B. Inconol -600, Magnesium, Nickel, Titanium , Zinc , Copper , Bronze, Navil brass, Mild steel, Stainless Steel , Tungsten carbide , Lead- Tin solders , & Silver .

  2.  Compatible with plastic like, POM, ETFE , PEEK, PEI , Nylon , Polyester, PVDF, Poly carbonate , HDPE , Teflon.
